What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) 

 Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members

 Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries as needed

 Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations

 Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems

 Support the planning and coordination of company events and meetings

What Is Required (Qualifications)

 High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus

 Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
