Key Responsibilities

Input and update data into company databases with precision and accuracy.

Verify data by comparing it to source documents.

Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.

Organize and maintain data files to ensure they are easily accessible.

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities.

Generate reports and summaries as required by management.

Qualifications

0-5 years of experience in a data entry or similar role.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
