You’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, helping maintain a strong reputation for quality service — all from the comfort of home.

📋What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat professionally and on time
• Give clear, accurate information on products, services, and billing
• Troubleshoot and resolve TV, internet, and phone service issues
• Process new orders, account changes, and cancellations accurately
• Keep customer records updated in the CRM system
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff or other departments when needed
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
• Gather customer feedback to support continuous service improvement

• Proven customer service or technical support experience, telecom background a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional phone manner
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
