In this role, you’ll assist travelers with planning, booking, and managing their vacations, business trips, cruises, tours, and other travel arrangements. 02 Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, text, and virtual communication channels.
• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and goals.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and travel packages.
• Book and manage reservations for flights, hotels, resorts, car rentals, and excursions.
• Assist clients with travel documentation, itineraries, and travel insurance options.
• Resolve travel-related concerns, schedule changes, cancellations, or unexpected issues efficiently.
• Stay informed on industry trends, travel regulations, supplier promotions, and destination updates.
• Develop strong relationships with travel suppliers and vendors to maximize client value.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Promote travel packages, special offers, and exclusive experiences to generate sales opportunities.

03 Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or client-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web-based reservation platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple client requests.
• Sales and relationship-building experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of travel destinations, cruise lines, resorts, and vacation planning preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn reservation systems and booking platforms quickly.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Genuine passion for travel and creating memorable client experiences.
