About the Product Manager Role

Nava is looking for a Product Manager to define product vision, set priorities, understand user needs, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering digital services that improve the lives of millions of Americans.

What You’ll Do

• Define product vision, goals, and success metrics.
• Discover user needs, business requirements, research, and technical approaches.
• Define product direction, scope, priorities, features, and user stories.
• Work with engineering, design, business, and project teams to ship projects.
• Build stakeholder and government-partner buy-in.
• Prioritize roadmaps and incoming work.
• Measure product progress and turn insights into action.
• Make tactical decisions and create structure in ambiguous situations.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years as a Product Manager on a cross-functional team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.
• Strong product planning, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to execute with incomplete information and structure ambiguous problems.
• Ability to identify market trends and adapt product direction.
• Adaptive, empathetic, collaborative, and positive mindset.
