• 0–2 years of experience in a technical support or IT role
• Ability to quickly learn new technical platforms and user workflows
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred experience with LastPass, HubSpot, Asana, PandaDoc, Zoom, Slack, Toggl, Ninety, and Google Workspace
• Experience evaluating and recommending new software solutions is a plus

Pay Range & Compensation
