Mudflap is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to cover the evening shift. What you’ll do day to day
- Take customer calls and keep them friendly, clear and professional
- Troubleshoot problems live and make sure the customer feels looked after
- Stay calm and organized when call volume jumps
- Give personal, thoughtful answers instead of canned ones
- Work across Zendesk, Slack and Mudflap’s internal systems
- Team up with coworkers on tricky cases and help improve how support runs
What you need
- 2+ years in a remote customer support job
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk or a similar ticketing tool
- Strong spoken and written communication
- Comfort juggling several things at once in a busy queue
- Solid problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude
Nice to have
Past work at a fintech company or tech startup. Not required, but it helps.Pay and benefits
