6sense is hiring an IT Support Specialist to keep its people productive. The job is remote across the United States, and the team you’ll support is spread around the world. • Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 support through tickets, chat, email and remote sessions
• Support macOS, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack and Zoom

• Administer and troubleshoot Okta, Entra ID, SSO and MFA
• Manage SaaS apps like Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, 1Password, GitHub, Claude Enterprise and Workato
• Deploy and maintain endpoints with Intune, Iru and CrowdStrike
• Track hardware inventory and the full device lifecycle
• Support Microsoft Copilot, Claude and other AI tools, and encourage responsible use
• Write scripts and automations to cut down manual work
• Create documentation, knowledge base articles and SOPs
• Now and then, help with Zoom Rooms, Teams meetings, executives and company events

The tools you should know, at a glance:

• 3+ years in IT support, help desk, service desk or end-user computing
• Hands-on experience with macOS and Windows
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts
• Experience with endpoint management tools like Intune, Iru or another MDM
• Solid troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Basic scripting or automation experience
• A real interest in AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude
• Attention to detail and a habit of owning your work

Nice to have: admin experience with Okta, Entra ID, Intune or Iru, Workato or other automation platforms, AI platform support and governance, certifications like ITIL, Okta, Microsoft, Apple or security credentials, and experience supporting executives and global teams.

The base salary range is $73,577.25 to $103,913.30 a year. Where you land depends on location and experience. Some roles at the company also come with a bonus or commission plan, and stock options may be available once the board approves them.
