What To Expect (Job Responsibilities as Administrative Assistant – Remote Job USA)
- Manage and prioritize the VPs’ calendar, including meeting logistics, preparation, and travel coordination
- Coordinate travel, expenses, and event planning for department offsite logistics and leadership meetings
- Support Marketing VPs with ad hoc scheduling and coordination needs
- Prepare briefing materials, track deliverables, and follow up on action items to drive accountability
- Draft, edit, and coordinate high-quality internal and external communications on behalf of the VPs
What Is Required (Qualifications for Administrative Assistant – Remote Job USA)
- 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably within Marketing or technology organizations
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, and expense management tools
