Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Stay up-to-date on Nvidia products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- US Citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
