حکومتِ پنجاب نے وزیرِ اعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز شریف کے وژن کے عین مطابق اور چیف سیکرٹری پنجاب زاہد اختر زمان کی ہدایت پر صوبے میں عوامی خدمات کے ڈیجیٹل نظام کو مؤثر اور تیز تر بنانے کیلئے ای بز/eBiz پورٹل متعارف کرا دیا۔ پی آئی ٹی بی کے وضع کردہ پورٹل کے ذریعے ابتدائی طور پر 50 سے زائد کاروباری این او سیز (بشمول اراضی کے استعمال میں تبدیلی، عمارات کے نقشہ جات اور تعمیرات کے اجازت نامے) کے حصول کا عمل ڈیجیٹل کر دیا گیا ہے۔
