Role Overview

One of our clients is engaging experienced Compliance Officers to support a research initiative for a leading global AI company. This project applies real-world compliance expertise to the creation of occupation-specific questions that help train and evaluate advanced AI systems in regulatory interpretation, risk assessment, and compliance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop questions grounded in real-world compliance work and regulatory scenarios
• Translate professional experience in compliance monitoring, risk management, and regulatory adherence into structured prompts
• Apply expert judgment across areas such as policy enforcement, audits, investigations, and governance
• Ensure questions accurately reflect industry standards, regulatory expectations, and compliance workflows
• Follow detailed project guidelines to maintain consistency and data quality
• Work independently in a fully asynchronous environment
• Accurately log project hours for weekly payment

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-time professional experience as a Compliance Officer
• Based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported)
• Ability to manage deadlines while delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work

Compensation & Contract Terms
