We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a healthcare client in Cary, NC. This is a great opportunity for candidates with customer service or call center experience who are comfortable handling phone calls and supporting customers in a professional environment. Work Schedule:
- Training Period (9–12 weeks): Fully Onsite
- After Successful Training: Hybrid Schedule (2 days onsite / 3 days remote)
Shift Timings:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6/15 – 6/19)
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (6/22 – 8/7)
- Later shift after training: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- One Saturday shift every 5–7 weeks (with one weekday off)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with prescription status, payments, and medication delivery scheduling
- Update customer information and notes in the system
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries
- Transfer calls to pharmacists or nurses when needed
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
Required Skills:
- Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and basic Excel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
