What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Maintain account orderliness and ensure field agents are assigned to each account
  • Update designated accounts with new information received from clients
  • Communicate escalated information to clients or supervisors as needed
  • Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral through a centralized dashboard
  • Demonstrate basic product and service knowledge while initiating required actions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service and Account Management experience
  • 2+ years of experience with collateral repossession preferred
  • Ability to work legally in the U.S. indefinitely; employer work permit sponsorship is not available
  • High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in collections or credit would be beneficial
  • Strong phone skills with the ability to give clear and concise direction
  • Proven multi-tasking and organizational skills
