What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Maintain account orderliness and ensure field agents are assigned to each account
- Update designated accounts with new information received from clients
- Communicate escalated information to clients or supervisors as needed
- Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral through a centralized dashboard
- Demonstrate basic product and service knowledge while initiating required actions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service and Account Management experience
- 2+ years of experience with collateral repossession preferred
- Ability to work legally in the U.S. indefinitely; employer work permit sponsorship is not available
- High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in collections or credit would be beneficial
- Strong phone skills with the ability to give clear and concise direction
- Proven multi-tasking and organizational skills
