Description
We are in the process of welcoming a Customer Service Representative to our team operating in the Health Care industry. The position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently processing customer credit applications as part of daily tasks.
Keeping customer credit records up to date and accurate.
Responding to and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions.
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Utilizing customer service skills to enhance the customer experience.
Leveraging video communication tools to interact with customers when necessary.
Applying knowledge of the healthcare industry to better assist customers.
Adapting to offshore work requirements as and when needed.
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as TRICARE and NIS.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service representative role
Proficiency in using video conferencing tools for virtual customer interaction
Familiarity with HealthCare.gov, understanding its intricacies and navigation
Working knowledge of R Code for data analysis and reporting
Experience in the offshore industry, specifically in customer service
Understanding of TRICARE, its benefits, and procedures
Knowledge and experience in using Network Information System (NIS) for managing customer queries and data.
