Qualifications
- Minimum Matric / Intermediate (High School equivalent)
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus — not required
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer knowledge; ability to learn new software
- Self-motivated with good time management skills
- Reliable internet connection and home workspace
