About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Assistant to join our Administrative team in a fully remote position. This is a full-time, hourly role ideal for a self-motivated individual with excellent typing skills and a strong eye for detail. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of our data records, contributing to the smooth operation of our administrative processes in a remote environment. What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain data in various systems and databases with a high level of accuracy.
  • Review and verify incoming data for errors, discrepancies, and inconsistencies, and correct as needed.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure information is up-to-date and error-free.
  • Process and input confidential information while adhering to data security protocols.
  • Organize, maintain, and file electronic documents for easy retrieval and access.
  • Communicate with team members to resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with generating reports and extracting specific data when requested.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support data-driven projects and administrative work.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role.
  • Strong typing and computer skills, with proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with data entry tools and CRMs is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administrative tasks or data management preferred.
  • A reliable internet connection and suitable workspace for remote work.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

 

20.19 – 33.15 USD per hour
