What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) : Data Entry Clerk

 Assist with the onboarding of customers to cooperative members through the intake of Membership and Patronage Applications

 Assess applications for patronage eligibility and enter them in SAP as necessary

 Communicate with applicants and/or business units regarding incorrect or incomplete forms

 Support Patron Equities staff with various ad hoc projects as needed

 Ensure smooth processing of applications and maintain accurate records

What Is Required (Qualifications) : Data Entry Clerk

 Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts

 Previous experience in data entry or related administrative tasks

 Familiarity with SAP or similar database systems

 Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Attention to detail and ability to assess application eligibility

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) : Data Entry Clerk

 Experience working in an agribusiness or cooperative environment

 Understanding of agricultural industry practices

 Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
