Responsibilities
Input and validate property-related data into designated systems with precision.
Access and retrieve information from company portals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and organize records using Google Sheets and other tools.
Prepare and manage email correspondence related to data inquiries and updates.
Perform calculations and verify results to ensure data accuracy.
Scan, upload, and manage digital files for easy access and retrieval.
Collaborate with team members to address data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Utilize 10-key typing skills to enter numerical data swiftly and correctly.
Adhere to data confidentiality policies while handling sensitive information.
Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and other spreadsheet software.
Strong 10-key typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly.
Familiarity with scanning and file management processes.
Strong mathematical skills for performing calculations.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
