Typical Day Duties

• Handling all inbound customer calls, including order placement, rewards program maintenance, and addressing concerns or complaints
• Providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally
• Utilizing Outlook, MS Word, and Excel to manage information and communicate effectively
• Working closely with a team of 8 staff members to deliver high-quality customer support

Position Requirements

• Strong customer service experience, either from a call center or the service industry (must have)
• Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (must have)
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (must have)
• Reliable broadband internet connection (required for remote work)
• Enthusiastic about working in a service-oriented, team-based environment
