Salary: $19.00 to $22.00 hourly

Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the insurance industry, based in the Parsippany, New Jersey area.

Responsibilities

 Accurately inputting data into the in-house system

 Implementing system updates as required

 Creating alerts for data management

 Organizing data using drop-down menus

 Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions

 Processing customer credit applications efficiently

 Maintaining precise customer credit records

 Resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements

 Proficient in Data Entry skills, including quick and accurate typing.

 Demonstrable experience in Numeric Data Entry.

 Strong familiarity with computer-based data entry systems.

 Knowledge of the insurance industry is preferred.

 Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

 Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 High school diploma or equivalent required.

 Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance industry is advantageous.
