About The Role
Data Entry Coordinator – Remote Job USA , We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator for a six-month full-time contract. This role is vital for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our healthcare systems, supporting our clinical teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will work closely with our Care Coordinator Team to update electronic health records (EHRs) based on various data sources, including Google Sheets, Typeform, and other platforms. The role demands a proactive approach to workload management, precision in data entry, and the ability to handle high-volume tasks efficiently. Qualifications
- Proven experience with data entry, management, and maintenance in healthcare or similar environments
- Strong proficiency in using spreadsheets, email, and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working with multiple software platforms, including Google Sheets, Typeform, and other data management tools
- Willingness to learn new software and adapt to evolving workflows
- Exceptional communication skills and team collaboration abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in healthcare administration is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Care Coordinator Team to update and verify patient records across various data sources
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry, minimizing errors and discrepancies
- Proactively manage workload to maintain timely updates and reduce backlog
- Monitor and report on data entry metrics as required to support quality assurance
- Utilize multiple systems including Google Sheets, EHRs, Typeform, and others to input and organize data
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and liaise with technical teams when necessary
- Support process improvements to enhance data accuracy and workflow efficiency
