Role Responsibilities
- Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions designed to train AI in entering, updating, and verifying structured information with speed and precision
- Ensure prompts reflect best practices in high-volume clerical workflows across various sectors
- Help shape how AI models interpret forms, digitize records, and ensure consistency across administrative and transactional datasets
- Work entirely remotely and asynchronously on a flexible schedule
Requirements
- Strong professional experience in data entry, transcription, or administrative records processing
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in business administration, IT, or a related field
- Strong background in areas such as entering alphanumeric or coded data into databases or spreadsheets, proofreading for input errors, and managing high volumes of digital data for
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
