We are looking for a detail-oriented data entry operator to manage and maintain our digital database. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling, merging, and formatting documents for data entry, reviewing documents for accuracy, entering data, updating the database, and overseeing digital filing systems remotely.

Responsibilities

Gathering, organizing, and preparing data, documents, and materials for entry.

Conducting research to fill in missing information in records.

Digitizing paper documents or transcriptions.

Checking documents for accuracy and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.

Entering data into digital systems and performing routine backups.

Updating and managing databases, archives, and filing systems.

Identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in databases.

Producing and exporting reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.

Performing administrative tasks such as filing, managing supplies, scanning, and printing when required.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED

1 year of data entry or related experience

Strong typing, time management, and multitasking skills

Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite

Accurate data processing with attention to detail

Knowledge of databases, filing systems, and admin tasks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
