Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Answer the Utilization Review line promptly and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Retrieve voicemails and relay messages to the relevant nurses or team members.
- Collect demographic and relevant information to create comprehensive patient files.
- Print, mail, fax, and copy correspondence as needed to support department operations.
- Assist in the organization and management of electronic and physical files.
- Support the preparation and mailing of certification letters and other documentation.
- Perform additional clerical duties as assigned by the URA Team Leader.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all data entry and documentation processes.
