Job Description Data Entry Specialist

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our CRM system. This is a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data.

Responsibilities of Data Entry Specialist

 Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy

 Transcribe, type, and verify data from source documents

 Collect and enter data into databases or spreadsheets

 Create and update records with new information

 Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems

 Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested

 Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

 Sort, organize, and file documents after entering data

 Assist with order entry tasks as needed

Experience for Data Entry Specialist

 Proven experience in office administration or data entry role

 Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry

 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables

 Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

 Familiarity with data collection processes and procedures

 Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
