Description

We are searching for a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to join our team based in Renton, Washington. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be chiefly involved in managing administrative tasks such as data entry, cross-functional communication, and maintenance of Military Duty Free Entitlements. This role is a long-term contract employment opportunity, which involves working on both company and U.S. Government websites, as well as regular office functions.

Responsibilities

 Efficiently process data entries and updates on various platforms.

 Handle cross-functional communication effectively to support Military Duty Free Entitlements.

 Establish and update files, ensuring their accuracy and accessibility.

 Promptly respond to and manage emails, maintaining professionalism in all communication.

 Review documents thoroughly for any incomplete or inconsistent information.

 Communicate data errors with requestors and associated cross-functional organizations.

 Answer queries related to status, gather, compile, and report relevant information.

 Use Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook, and Sharepoint proficiently.

 Work with Adobe Acrobat and .pdf documents effectively.

 Maintain high standards of data entry accuracy and speed.

Requirements

 Strong communication skills to ensure effective interaction with team members and clients

 Proficiency in Data Entry, with the ability to enter large amounts of information accurately and quickly

 Familiarity with Office Functions and administrative tasks

 Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for data processing and organization

 Knowledge of About Time software for efficient time tracking

 Ability to navigate and update websites as required

 Understanding of relevant regulations and financial notes

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks

 Experience with authorizations processes

 Familiarity with R Code for data analysis

 Ability to perform data entry tasks effectively and efficiently

 Proficiency in Power BI for business analytics

 Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat for creating and editing PDF files

 Familiarity with Maps API for integrating location-based services

 Willingness to work overtime when necessary

 Experience with SharePoint Administration for managing company data

 Ability to maintain files systematically and accurately

 Knowledge of ST Microcontroller for embedded systems tasks

 Willingness to travel internationally for business needs

 Previous experience with the Federal Government would be a plus

 Must hold or be able to obtain a security clearance.
