Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry and Research Consultant to support critical data management activities. This role is ideal for individuals with strong research skills, a passion for accuracy, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct web-based research to validate and update institutional data and credit policies
Perform accurate, high-volume data entry into internal systems
Research and update contact information for partner organizations
Communicate with institutions via email or outbound calls to verify data
Assist in creating and maintaining reporting grids for internal and external use
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
1–2 years of professional experience in data entry, research, or administrative support
High attention to detail and strong typing accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and charts experience strongly preferred)
Familiarity with Microsoft Access and/or SharePoint is a plus
Excellent time and task management skills
