About the Opportunity
The Data Entry Specialist role is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining essential data across digital platforms. This position ensures data integrity and availability, directly contributing to the effective management and execution of engineering projects. The role is full-time and remote.
Responsibilities
| 1 | Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and computer systems from various source documents |
| 2 | Review data for errors and inconsistencies, making necessary corrections |
| 3 | Generate reports and store completed work appropriately |
| 4 | Perform regular data backups |
| 5 | Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security policies |
| 6 | Organize and manage files and documents |
| 7 | Collaborate with team members to ensure timely data collection and entry |
| 8 | Provide general administrative support as needed |
Requirements
| 1 | Experience in data entry or a similar role |
| 2 | High typing speed and accuracy with attention to detail |
| 3 | Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel |
| 4 | Strong organizational and time-management skills |
| 5 | Ability to work independently in a remote setting |
| 6 | Excellent verbal and written communication skills |
| 7 | High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus |

Pay & Benefits
