What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Oversee accurate and timely data entry for refugee cases in statewide databases
- Provide consultation and assistance to resettlement partner staff
- Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data for individual refugee cases
- Maintain organized records and logs of activities related to case management
- Collaborate with local service providers to establish appropriate referrals
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, or related fields preferred, or at least 2 years of professional experience in case management services
- Bilingual communication skills are required
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
- Capacity to maintain composure during challenging situations
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint, Access, and Visio
