Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Team Lead, you will:

• Lead and coordinate daily data entry operations.
• Support the Data Entry Team and ensure accurate, high-quality data.
• Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies.
• Help improve team processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Participate in projects that support company growth.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for data-related tasks.
• Manage CRM account and contact records.
• Assign CRM-related support requests fairly among team members.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics, data administration, or data quality projects
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
