Role Overview
As a Data Verification Analyst, you will play a crucial clerical role in supporting the nationwide Bill Review department. You will ensure that incoming medical and insurance billing data is rigorously validated and processed in complete compliance with customer-specific rules, driving high organizational accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate incoming data files for accurate integration into the proprietary bill review system.
- Identify, interpret, and systematically apply client-specific business rules.
- Maintain transparent, consistent communication with team leads regarding queue status and volume.
- Execute diverse clerical, data management, and operational duties within the department.
- Adapt to auxiliary tasks and quality audit functions as assigned by management.
Applicant Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent general education credential.
- Prior professional office or clerical experience preferred.
- Proven ability to prioritize daily workloads and manage tasks independently.
- Strong analytical problem identification and resolution capabilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
Compensation & Full Benefits Package
Pay Range: $13.38 to $23.42 per hour (Market-based compensation tailored to candidate experience, location, skills, and internal equity).
