What You’ll Do
- Learn our products, systems, and process inside-out so you can serve with confidence.
- Follow up with warm leads who’ve already shown interest.
- Run appointments virtually (Zoom + phone) and walk clients through options.
- Manage communication between corporate and client—nothing slips.
- Answer client questions and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Hit key performance benchmarks that trigger promotions and bigger paychecks.
- Stay compliant with licensing requirements (we’ll help you get licensed in 7–10 days if you’re not already).
- Show up to weekly team calls sharp and engaged.
- Grow your pipeline with both company-provided and self-generated leads.
- Educate clients on products and services so they feel confident choosing you.
What It Takes
- 3+ years sales experience preferred (but if you can close, we care more about skill than résumé).
- Comfortable with technology—Zoom, CRMs, software, etc.
- Strong communication skills—polished on the phone and in person.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and hit deadlines without excuses.
- Customer-first mindset (but also results-driven).
- Willing to work evenings and weekends when clients need you.
- Must pass a background check and complete carrier contracting.
- Life/Health license (or willingness to get licensed fast—we’ll help).
