Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in executive support, office administration, or an equivalent role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Coordinate logistics for domestic and international travel, including booking accommodations and transportation
- Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, memos, reports, and correspondence for accuracy and professionalism
- Lead planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, catering, and onsite coordination
- Support content creation for leadership presentations, newsletters, and internal communications in collaboration with marketing or communications teams
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests and activities, escalating critical issues as necessary
- Maintain detailed records of information, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with expense reports, travel reimbursements, and budget tracking using relevant tools
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion in all communications and operations
