This is a mission-critical role designed to remove as much as possible from Devin’s plate so he can focus on high-leverage activities that drive the company forward.

Devin is looking for a right hand. Someone who has a good blend of OCD like detail and organization skills to create more space, clarity, & momentum for Devin our founder.

What You’ll Own

Admin & Scheduling:

  • Full ownership of Devin’s calendar and appointments
  • Schedule coordination, conflict avoidance, and reminders
  • Task tracking and project follow-through

Personal Errands & Logistics:

  • Book and manage all travel (business + personal)
  • Handle subscriptions, billing, gifting, and event planning

Business Operations:

  • Conduct and summarize research to support fast decisions
  • Track follow-ups, prep delegations, and manage task flow
  • Check in with team members to keep projects moving

Life Management:

  • Coordinate house staff and service providers
  • Book restaurants, experiences, and retreats
  • Maintain balance across personal and business priorities
