About The Role

Executive Assistant – Remote Job USA , We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support multiple Regional Sales General Managers (GMs). This pivotal role demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail. As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the revenue organization by managing complex schedules, coordinating internal and external engagements, and handling sensitive information with confidentiality. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, arranging travel logistics, preparing presentations, and serving as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external partners across multiple time zones. Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably in a global or fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, or Notion is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and proactive attitude
  • Flexibility to support urgent matters and work across multiple time zones
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and logistics for internal and external events
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level operational and administrative support to Regional Sales GMs
  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars, including prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including cross-functional sessions, quarterly business reviews, and offsite events across different time zones
  • Arrange detailed travel itineraries and logistics for leadership team members
  • Handle and track expense reports, purchase orders, and approvals efficiently
  • Review, prioritize, and respond to all incoming communications, meeting requests, and inquiries
  • Partner with other Executive Assistants to ensure consistent support across the leadership team
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials, primarily using PowerPoint
  • Support onboarding activities for new leaders within the revenue organization
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Assist with logistical planning for internal and external events and initiatives
  • Consolidate activity reports and assist in communication efforts for leadership
