Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our growing administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining a variety of data related to patient care, billing, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input patient data, billing information, appointment details, and medical records into our electronic systems

Review and verify source documents for accuracy and completeness

Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and quality checks

Retrieve data as requested and prepare reports or summaries as needed

Maintain confidentiality and security of patient records in accordance with HIPAA standards

Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth data flow and timely updates

Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, filing, and organizing documents

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in data entry, medical office, or healthcare environment preferred

Proficient in typing and data entry with excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Comfortable working with electronic health records (EHR) and office software such as Microsoft Office

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
