Role Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (flexible hours)
- Location: Remote (U.S.-based; organization operates on Pacific Time)

Key Responsibilities
- Correct, update, and maintain employee I-9 records within the Equifax I-9 platform
- Audit I-9 documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Generate reports and track audit progress across multiple data sources
- Provide regular status updates and requested data to HR leaders and managers
- Independently manage high-volume, detail-driven compliance work with minimal oversight
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong expertise in I-9 compliance and completion requirements
- Hands-on experience with Equifax I-9 and E-Verify
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage confidential data with accuracy and discretion
