 📅 Duration: 5-month assignment

 💰 Pay: $19.55 – $21.93 per hour

Are you looking to grow your HR experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment? We’re hiring HR Shared Services Representatives to join a collaborative team that supports U.S. and Puerto Rico-based employees with a wide range of HR-related questions.

While this position is fully remote, we’re specifically targeting candidates local to Marlborough, MA, as occasional in-office visits may be needed for team events or in the event of technical issues.

✅ What You’ll Do:

Respond to HR inquiries (policies, benefits, PTO, LOA, etc.) via phone and email

Handle a high volume of phone calls while documenting conversations in the case management system

Assist employees and managers in navigating HR systems

Escalate complex cases to the appropriate HR specialists or business partners

Accurately process HR transactions in the HCM system

Contribute to special projects and cross-functional support

🌟 What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of customer service or HR experience preferred

Interest in building a career in Human Resources

Excellent multitasking, documentation, and communication skills

Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus

🏫 Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor’s degree preferred
