Inventory Data Entry Specialist – Remote Job USA, You will maintain accurate parts, SKU, and pricing data across our systems. You’ll handle clean imports/exports, reconcile counts from branches, and keep our catalog reliable for sales, service, and e-commerce. Inventory Data Entry Specialist – Remote Job USA

Key Responsibilities

 Validate supplier feeds (costs, lead times, pack sizes) .

 Reconcile variances against cycle counts; investigate root causes and correct records.

Update pricing and promotional data with effective dates and audit logs.

Monitor stock health (low stock, OOS, backorders) and share alerts with stakeholders.

Build repeatable templates for bulk updates; document change histories.

Partner with Finance on COGS updates and month-end adjustments.

Produce simple reports (on-hand, inbound, aging, variances) in Sheets/Excel or BI.

Follow data quality SLAs (accuracy, timeliness, completeness) and SOPs.

Requirements

0–1 year in inventory, catalog, merchandising ops, or data entry.

Spreadsheet skills.

Experience with ERP/e-commerce platforms.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
