As an IT Specialist, you will help maintain our worldwide fleet of equipment, help our users with IT questions, and help keep our services secure. IT Specialist – Remote Job in USA
For This Role, The Responsibilities Are
- Troubleshoot IT issues, including networking and VPN issues
- Monitor IT systems and react to problems
- Enhance IT systems to support our expanding employee base
- Help tune AI systems to answer user questions
Requirements
- You have excellent people and communication skills
- You have experience maintaining computer systems, either within an organization or with friends and family
- You have experience with computer peripherals and software configuration
- You enjoy working with people to help solve their problems
- You are a creative, logical problem solver
Bonus Skills
- You have familiarity with Jamf, Okta, Notion, Azure, Slack/Teams, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Google Meet, Cyberhaven, Harmony SASE, and/or Zoom
- You are experienced with remote management of an enterprise workforce (completely remote) and familiar with MacOS and Apple technologies
- You are comfortable nudging customer support agents and managing tickets in external vendor support platforms
- You have experience with password managers and general laptop security principles
