Application Consultant

About the Role

inHance, a division of Harris, is seeking an Application Consultant who will thrive in a people-first culture and a close-knit community. This role covers installations, implementations, training, testing, problem resolution, and data conversions across all inHANCE platforms — with room to grow into positions of increased responsibility.

The position welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US, with approximately 25% travel required. A current, valid passport is needed, along with legal eligibility to travel internationally into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean. Preference is given to candidates who can work in the CST timezone.

What Your Impact Will Be

• Perform implementation, training, and consulting services for inHANCE product line customers, virtually and onsite.
• Interpret requirements and define necessary system setups.
• Respond to implementation support calls and resolve issues.
• Build strong working relationships with Project Coordinators and client contacts.
• Coordinate project management on individual projects as needed.
• Work closely with Professional Services, Customer Support, and Development to troubleshoot technical questions.
• Coordinate retrieval, review, and cleansing of source data for conversions.
• Test data conversions and review converted data with clients for accuracy.
• Maintain documentation, internal tracking systems, and time entry.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience as a software application consultant/implementation specialist.
• Previous training experience in software applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows 10/11, and Windows Server 2016+.
• Customer service experience and strong time management skills.
• Excellent oral, written, and documentation skills.
• SQL query skills are an asset.
