Are you obsessed with automating repetitive tasks, organizing chaos into systems, and using tools like Make, Zapier, and Notion to streamline workflows? We’re looking for an Automation-Focused Virtual Operations Assistant to join our fast-moving content education company.
About Us
We’re a remote-first team helping creators, agencies, and entrepreneurs scale with short-form content, internal training, and scalable systems. Our programs are powered by efficient operations behind the scenes — and that’s where you come in.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining automation workflows that streamline our internal operations and keeping communication clear and consistent with our clients. From syncing lead data to simplifying onboarding, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes bridge between our development and product teams and our members.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Creating automations using Make (Integromat) or Zapier to reduce manual tasks
- Building Notion dashboards that track video output, client progress, or internal tasks
- Connecting tools like GoHighLevel, Skool, ActiveCampaign, Typeform, and Discord
- Maintaining clean handoffs and task structures using forms, tags, and integrations
- Supporting team members with system-related bottlenecks and reporting inconsistencies
- Speaking directly to clients via chat, and providing direction via loom as needed.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, etc.)
- Organized, with high attention to detail, and documentation-driven
- Comfortable self-managing and creating systems from scratch
- Experience working with online teams or startups
- Excellent communicator who can clearly explain systems to others
Bonus (But Not Required)
- Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel or ActiveCampaign
- Experience building internal SOPs or productivity systems
- Interest in content, education, or creator economy
- Interest in an expanded development or customer support role in the future
