Your Impact:

  • Request Intake & Triage: Receive and review incoming project requests, validate submissions for completeness and accuracy, and communicate with requestors and department leads to clarify requirements and feasibility.
  • Project Setup: Understand and apply internal processes and workflows, select and configure appropriate project templates, and assign tasks and resources to ensure timely execution.
  • Management: Ensure work requests are activated, distributed, and prioritized to ensure timely completion and workload management. Monitor progress, facilitate communication between stakeholders, identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues that may impact delivery.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, provide regular updates and status reports, and escalate risks and delays appropriately.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management, operations management, or a related business field.
  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination or traffic management, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
  • High proficiency in Workfront or similar project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with creative workflows and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with workflow optimization and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Background in nonprofit fundraising, marketing, design, direct mail or digital production is a plus.
