Responsibilities for Product Manager – HR Technology – Remote Job in USA
- Develop and manage product strategy and roadmap for talent management systems
- Understand HR stakeholder needs through research and analytics
- Translate complex business challenges into user-focused product designs
- Prioritize stakeholder demands using strategic frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering and design for timely, quality product delivery
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction for continuous improvements
- Stay updated on HR tech trends to innovate product strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 6+ years of experience in product management or data architecture, ideally in enterprise applications or HR technology
- Deep understanding of talent data systems and analytical systems development
- Experience with GenAI and collaboration with engineering teams
- Familiarity with talent ecosystem technologies like learning management systems
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences
- Self-directed and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
