Responsibilities for Product Manager – HR Technology – Remote Job in USA

  • Develop and manage product strategy and roadmap for talent management systems
  • Understand HR stakeholder needs through research and analytics
  • Translate complex business challenges into user-focused product designs
  • Prioritize stakeholder demands using strategic frameworks
  • Collaborate with engineering and design for timely, quality product delivery
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction for continuous improvements
  • Stay updated on HR tech trends to innovate product strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 6+ years of experience in product management or data architecture, ideally in enterprise applications or HR technology
  • Deep understanding of talent data systems and analytical systems development
  • Experience with GenAI and collaboration with engineering teams
  • Familiarity with talent ecosystem technologies like learning management systems
  • Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Self-directed and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
