For our client, we are seeking a (usa) Staff Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a consumer-facing environment.
Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $143,000 – $286,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and execution ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Develop and maintain multi-quarter product roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional team efforts
- Lead stakeholder engagement, aligning priorities and communicating product vision effectively
- Utilize data-driven insights to validate assumptions and optimize product features
- Identify emerging technology opportunities to enhance product offerings
- Mentor product managers on best practices for product discovery and launch readiness
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to manage risks and dependencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area with 7 years of product management experience; or 9 years of product management experience without a degree
- Proven experience in product strategy and roadmap development for complex products
- Strong expertise in data-driven decision making and analytics
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning applications in product development
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience mentoring fellow product managers and enhancing product management practices
