Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for AI data projects, keeping workflows and operations running smoothly.
- Work with program leads and domain experts to turn leadership direction into clear, actionable guidelines.
- Help onboard and support new experts as the AI research program scales up.
- Join weekly business reviews, keep notes and action items organized, and lead calls when needed.
- Spot quality issues, dig into root causes, and share findings across teams to improve outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Project coordination or management experience in a STEM-related field is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable tracking deliverables in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Able to build and refine project guidelines alongside research and product partners.
- Strong organizational skills for managing notes, action items, and cross-functional communication.
