Job Summary:

We are looking for a Remote Live Chat Agent to assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and support through online chat. You will provide prompt and friendly service while handling multiple conversations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely manner.

Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications.

Provide information on hotel services, promotions, and policies.

Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when needed.

Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or chat support is a plus.

Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats at once.

Basic knowledge of hotel booking systems is a bonus.

Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
