We’re seeking an ambitious, highly technical Mid-Level Software Engineer to drive the design, development, and optimization of core platform architectures — a high-impact career accelerator focused on scaling distributed systems, improving system resiliency, and leading cross-functional feature execution.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain highly scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems and microservices
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code; establish and scale CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Monitor system performance, identify latency bottlenecks, and translate metrics into efficiency improvements
- Partner with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and QA teams on specs and post-implementation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline
- 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience with large-scale distributed systems or enterprise platforms
- High proficiency in Go, Java, C++, or Python, plus solid understanding of databases and microservices architecture
- Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Detail-oriented, collaborative mindset, receptive to rigorous peer code review
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $145,000 – $185,000/year
