Virtual Assistant (Remote – Independent Contractor)
Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time | $20–$25/hr
The VA Solution is seeking a proactive, resourceful Virtual Assistant to join our trusted team. With over 8.5 years of client success, we’re known for excellence, discretion, and support that sees around the corner so our clients don’t have to.
*We are specifically looking for VA’s with interior design backgrounds, realtor backgrounds or experience assisting in these areas.
About the Role
This isn’t your average VA gig. We’re looking for someone who thrives on taking initiative, thinks ahead, and genuinely enjoys making life easier for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and leaders juggling a lot. You’ll provide a mix of business and personal support, always with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Do
- Inbox + calendar management
- Travel coordination
- Meeting prep + taking minutes
- Gift sourcing + personal errands (scheduling, grocery orders, pet/child care)
- Pay bills, track mileage, record receipts
- Coordinate tasks + timelines in tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
- Support social media scheduling and light content edits
- Communicate with vendors + clients on behalf of others
- Research tools, trends, or contacts to stay one step ahead
Who You Are
- Must have 2+ years of VA experience, within the US
- Must be professional, organized, tech-savvy, problem-solver
- Strong communicator who takes initiative
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Trello, Notion, Calendly, Flo Desk, Asana, Hubspot, Canva, Buffer, Social Media, Ai (ChatGPT + Fathom), Airtable, Zoho, Zoom, Slack to name quite a few!
- Gatekeeper experience
- Kind, responsive, and client-focused
Compensation
$19–$24 per hour, based on experience
